Payment Schedules
Publishers participating in DDA and/or Pick&Mix sales are paid quarterly in a calendar year. Publishers should expect payments within the terms defined in the contract (60 days past the end of the previous quarter).
Participating EBA publishers are after the end of Q2 Publisher should expect payments within the terms defined in the contract (60 days past the end of the of previous quarter).
Financial reports cannot be pulled from the Publisher Administrative portal. These are emailed directly from our Finance team per the schedule noted above.
Information Included in Financial Statements
These reports include:
- Invoice date
- Name and country of institution who purchased the book
- eISBN
- book title
- author/contributor of book
- net receipt to publisher
- type and size of institution
- JSTOR commission, and more
