In order to have your content included in JSTOR, you must follow our technical rights and requirements:
- World sales rights. JSTOR does not have a way to restrict rights to other countries.
- Be able to be sold under an unlimited, multi-user sales model. JSTOR does not sell books to individuals, our primary audiences are libraries and institutions.
- Exist in full book PDF form. JSTOR can’t combine chapter-separated PDFs during processing. We require the full book PDF to start, and if you have an accessible EPUB to host alongside the PDF we will also accept it. JSTOR does not host HTML, Quark, other non-PDF file formats, or EPUBs (without a corresponding PDF file).
- Have an electronic ISBN assigned to it. JSTOR does not accept books without an eISBN-13 assigned.
Please contact publishers@jstor.org if you have any additional questions about our requirements.
