Legal Entity or Publisher Name Changes
JSTOR requires a Name Change Amendment to be signed by the publisher if either the display name changes or if the legal entity changes. Please contact support to get this started. JSTOR will need to know the background and/or nature of the change so we can properly draft the amendment, and then we will send it to your press for signing. This will be keep as a historical record of the change to ensure that preexisting contracts may remain in place under the new name.
