Legal Entity or Publisher Name Changes
JSTOR requires a Publisher Name Change Amendment to be signed by the publisher if either: 1) the display name changes or 2) if the legal entity changes.
JSTOR will need to know the background and/or nature of the change so we can properly draft the amendment, and then we will send it to your press for signing. This will be kept as a historical record of the change to ensure that any preexisting contracts may remain in place under the new name.
